Refunds Policy
We do not offer refunds post Occupational Therapy services.
Refunds, replacements and repairs will be considered if any orthotics supplied and made by us are found to be faulty.
Refunds and replacements are not given on any equipment supplied that is sourced by us from a third party.
Delivery Policy
We supply Occupational services at the times and locations most appropriate to meet the person’s needs. This may include visits to homes, schools, hospital, community buildings or in-rooms.
There is a charge for travel, please consult our fees table below.
Billing for services are charged after consultations and by itemised invoice. Invoice is either posted or emailed to the client. Payment can be made online via our secure online payment gateway.

Please note that a cancellation fee of $50 may apply if your child is unable to attend an appointment and notification is not received within 4 hours of the scheduled time.
Where possible, appointments will be booked to coincide with other sessions in your local area, which may reduce or eliminate any travel fees.
